Love styles are models of how people love. Also known as colors of love, it is the 6 basic love theories people use in their interpersonal relationship. This was first identified by John Lee in 1973.

Mania – highly volatile love; obsession; fueled by low-esteem
Agape – selfless altruistic love; spiritual; motherly love
